Just found that lovely iptables generator. Makes your life easy and you don’t have to type it on your own. Works for me, hope it will save your time too. Kudos to author

Huh, finally I’m back!
After few months of absence I’ve finally found some time
, hope that I’ll have a bit more now when I’m on final semester of my studies.
Anyway, why such a strange title?
After using Fedora for few months (?) I’ve installed one package (was beta but…) which broken whole file system badly. Didn’t know what to do, didn’t have time to solve that, after few days of trying to make my OS working I’ve… switched to Ubuntu. It was around a … month ago. At first I was *really* impressed. But then problems started, with eclipse/easyeclipse mostly. OS became sluggish and I’ll be switching back to Fedora. *Sigh*. My wife says I’m kinda junkie with that switching from one OS to another. Maybe she’s right…
glut is not so nice?
First post here so some explanation is needed.
I’ve decided to write project in OpenGL under Linux. I knew it will be not so easy but not *that* hard. After spending hours on looking info about magic “Segmentation error” when calling glutInit I gave up. I’ll try SDL maybe, hope that helps… Like a 2 weeks left till the project deadline, it’s for uni…
I’m happy to announce that after recent update of few packages my ipw2200abg can connect to every single wireless network at last!
Before that my shiny Intel wifi didn’t want to connect to network at my uni which was annoying a bit since I spent quite a lot time there.
Thanks for all of you, nameless devs of Fedora Core project
Ah, silly me!
It wasn’t Adobe/Macromedia fault but the SELinux that was blocking link to the Flash Player :/, honestly! If you’ll have such a problems go to the System -> Security Level and Firewall -> SELinux -> Modify SELinux Policy -> Compatibility -> Allow use of shared libraries with Text Relocation and check it
.
That’s a long path, isn’t? Anyway, that config parameter doesn’t allow to follow the link to Flash Player (!) and if u download it from the other machine and install Flash Player manually it still will not work unless you check that configuration setting.
Strange!
Adobe site working fine again…
They did it, Funny thing about that is that Adobe uses rather Macromedia look & feel then the one that was on their site. Or am I wrong?
/me wonders when Flash Player 4 Linux will be available for download, the download link on Adobe site is not working
It seems that Adobe is trying to finish the… what was that word… swallowing? of Macromedia. It seems that Adobe is choking atm
, main site totally broken atm, (FC5, FF 1.5.0.1).
I’ve took screenshot and wanted to publish it here but terms of use are not available too (trying to reach terms… gives: access denied – lol!).
Maybe it happens a bit too early? Macromedia had such a nice site… That’s life!
Fedora Core 5 and 2915ABG
Getting wifi up and running never been so easy under FC5 thanks to fedorajim and his awesome guide which I’ve found here.
